Trademark Guidelines

Jettson, Jettson.dev, the Jettson wordmark, and the Jettson logo are trademarks and brand assets of RWX-TEK INC. These guidelines explain how you may use them.

1. Permitted uses

You may use the Jettson name in writing, without our prior permission, to:

• Refer to Jettson as a service — for example, "I built this on Jettson," "powered by Jettson," "we use Jettson for our agent infrastructure."
• Compare Jettson factually against alternatives in honest comparative content, provided the comparison is accurate.
• Report news about Jettson, including reviews, criticism, and academic commentary.
• Link to jettson.dev or any sub-page.

When you do, please use the casing "Jettson" (capital J, lowercase rest) and not all-caps, all-lowercase, or alternative spellings.

2. Prohibited uses

You may not:

• Imply that Jettson sponsors, endorses, or is affiliated with your product or company unless we have a written agreement saying so.
• Use the Jettson name or logo as part of your product name, company name, domain name, social handle, or app name in any way likely to confuse users.
• Use a name, logo, or color scheme confusingly similar to Jettson's.
• Modify the Jettson logo — no recoloring, distortion, redrawing, animating elements out of brand spec, embellishing with effects, or combining with other marks.
• Use the Jettson logo on competing products or in a way that implies affiliation with a competitor.
• Use the Jettson name or logo in a way that is misleading, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise harmful to the brand.

3. Logo usage

If you have written approval to use the Jettson logo:

• Use the official logo files provided by us. Do not recreate the logo yourself.
• Maintain clear space around the logo equal to the height of the "J" glyph.
• Do not rotate, skew, or apply effects.
• Place the logo on backgrounds that maintain sufficient contrast (we are happy to review).
• Include attribution: "Jettson is a trademark of RWX-TEK INC."

4. Press, partner, or integration logos

We are happy to grant logo usage for press, integration directories, and customer case studies. Email customertek@rwxtek.com with subject "Logo request" describing the intended use.

5. Reporting infringement

If you see misuse of the Jettson name or logo — for example, scam sites using our identity, phishing, deceptive Google ads, or impersonation accounts — please report to customertek@rwxtek.com with subject "Trademark report" and as much detail as you can.

6. Changes

We may update these guidelines. Updates are posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
