Refund Policy
When refunds are available, how to request them, and what is not refundable.

This Refund Policy applies to all paid plans on Jettson.dev. It supplements the Subscription & Billing Terms and the Terms of Service.
1. The short version
- Usage already consumed (agent-hours, API calls) is not refundable.
- Within 14 days of a charge, we will consider a prorated refund of the unused portion of a subscription period, at our discretion.
- Annual plans cancelled before renewal qualify for a prorated refund minus a 20% restocking fee.
- Accounts terminated for AUP violations are not refundable.
- Free trials are not charged until conversion. Cancelling before conversion incurs no charge.
2. What is not refundable
- Consumed usage. Agent-hours, API calls, memory operations, and other metered consumption are billed for actual usage; we cannot reverse compute we already paid our infrastructure providers for.
- Promotional credits. Free credits granted as part of a promotion are non-cash, non-transferable, and have no refund value.
- AUP terminations. If we terminate the Account for violations of the Acceptable Use Policy, Fees are forfeit.
- Charges older than 30 days. Disputes raised after thirty (30) days from the charge will generally not be considered.
3. How to request a refund
Email customertek@rwxtek.com with subject "Refund request" and include: your Account email, the invoice ID or charge date, the requested refund amount, and a one- or two-sentence reason. We respond within two business days.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and typically post within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
4. Chargebacks
If you have a dispute, please contact us first. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in immediate suspension or termination of the Account and may permanently bar future signups. We retain the right to dispute chargebacks we believe are inaccurate, and to recover associated fees.
5. Free trials
Pro and Scale plans may offer a free trial. You will not be charged until the trial converts. To cancel before conversion, go to the billing page in your dashboard or email customertek@rwxtek.com at least 24 hours before the trial end date.
6. Annual plans
Annual plans paid up front are billed for the full period. If you cancel before the renewal date, we will consider a prorated refund of the unused months minus a 20% restocking fee, at our discretion. The discount that made the annual plan cheaper than monthly is forfeit on early cancellation.
7. Discretionary refunds
Outside the cases above we may, at our sole discretion, grant a goodwill refund — for example, when a customer is affected by an extended outage or unexpected billing event. These are not guaranteed and not precedents.
