Subscription & Billing Terms

How billing, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations work on Jettson.dev.

Last updated: May 15, 2026 · Version 1.0

These Subscription & Billing Terms describe how paid plans are billed. They supplement the Terms of Service and the Refund Policy.

1. Plans and pricing

Current plans and prices are listed at /pricing. Pricing is in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.

2. Auto-renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual). You authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal until you cancel. Renewal occurs at the price in effect for your plan at renewal, subject to advance-notice rules in Section 5 below.

3. Billing cycle

The cycle begins on the day you first subscribe and renews on the same day of each subsequent month (or year, for annual plans). If your billing day does not exist in a given month (e.g. the 31st in February), we charge on the last day of that month.

4. Taxes

Listed prices are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, or other indirect taxes. We may collect taxes where we are legally required to. For B2B customers in jurisdictions where reverse-charge applies, supply your tax ID in the dashboard before checkout.

5. Price changes

We may change prices for new billing periods. We will give at least thirty (30) days' advance notice of any price change by email to the Account email and a posted update at /pricing. The new price takes effect on your next renewal. If you do not agree, cancel before the renewal date.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel any time from the billing page in your dashboard or by emailing customertek@rwxtek.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. Cancelling does not automatically refund the current period (see Refund Policy).

7. Plan upgrades

Upgrades take effect immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remaining days of the current period at the new plan's price.

8. Plan downgrades

Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep the higher tier's features until then. Quota and concurrency limits reset to the lower plan on the next billing day.

9. Failed payments

If a charge fails, Stripe will retry on a schedule (typically days 3, 5, and 7). During the retry window, the Account remains active. If all retries fail, the Account enters a grace period and may be downgraded to the Free tier or suspended after 7 days. Persistent non-payment will lead to termination after 30 days.

10. Currency

All amounts are in USD. If your card issuer charges in another currency, conversion is at your bank's rate; we do not control conversion fees.

11. Invoices and receipts

Invoices and receipts are emailed and available in the billing page of your dashboard. We do not issue paper invoices.

12. Promotional pricing

Discounts, credits, and promo codes are governed by the specific terms of each promotion. Unless a promotion expressly says otherwise: promotions cannot be stacked; they apply only to the first billing period; they have no cash value; they expire when they expire.

13. Annual plans

Annual plans are billed for twelve months up front at a discount versus monthly. Early cancellation rules are in the Refund Policy.

14. Disputes

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — see the chargeback section of the Refund Policy. Disputes raised more than thirty (30) days after a charge will generally not be considered.
